Coach Lizzie is here to help, whether you're a novice runner, looking to race your first triathlon or improve your time at your next Ironman. She provides personalized training that will push you further with training programs that match your fitness level, are tailored to your race goals, and fit around your busy schedule.
LIZZIE entered into the world of endurance sports in high school, when she discovered running after many unsuccessful attempts to be “good at” gymnastics, basketball, field hockey, and tennis. Finding that running requires little hand-eye coordination, she had some success throughout high school and college, where she ran D1. Upon graduating college, she continued running, often going for 4-hour “jogs” around the city of Boston (just for fun).
When she later moved to Santo Domingo, she ran with a local team and was then recruited to train with the mens’ national triathlon team, as the only female. This was the moment that changed Lizzie’s life forever. She fell in love instantly with triathlons.
Wanting to share her love of the sport with others, she began ROC Multisport as a side hustle while teaching. When the community grew from 1 athlete to over 50 athletes, Lizzie had to make a choice. She chose triathlon coaching (sorry, teaching – love you dearly too). What she found was that her education and psychology degrees came in as handy as her coaching certifications.
Now, Lizzie is happily building close relationships with her athletes, and feels incredibly grateful to be part of the ROC Multisport community.

- USA Triathlon Certified Associate Coach

Coach Alex brings a unique perspective to the ROC Multisport team, combining a successful career at UPS, parenthood, and a passion for endurance sports. He believes in the transformative power of triathlon as a means to cultivate a balanced and fulfilling life, excelling not only in the athletic arena, but also as a parent, spouse, employee, and community member.
Despite not being naturally inclined towards athletics in his earlier years, Alex's journey into triathlon began after the birth of his first child. Using running as a tool for weight loss, he shed 70 pounds over two years and discovered the magic of swim-bike-run. His triathlon journey started as a complete novice in 2015, completing his first full Ironman in 2017, and achieving his first podium finish at a 70.3 event in 2019. As part of his life-long goals, he qualified for his pro card in 2023.
Alex is dedicated to fostering inclusivity and support within the triathlon community, drawing from his personal experience at all skill levels. As an assistant coach, he actively contributes to training camps, coaching feedback, and training plans that seamlessly integrate with busy schedules. Beyond the sport, Alex sees triathlon as a springboard for achieving high performance in all aspects of life.

Lucy Iloenyosi - Brand Manager & ROC Athlete
Lucy is the proverbial couch potato turned runner. She enjoys bringing the team together and is usually the athlete who is way too chipper at 5:30am at ROC Run Club, where a morning run is never complete without a group selfie or a spectacular sunrise post. She's always dreaming of the next podium or PR and has been known to hunt down Strava Segments for motivation.
When Lucy is not chasing a sunrise she works as co-founder and Creative Director of NeatWorks, Inc., where she developed and refined the NeatWorks design style and philosophy of simplicity, elegance and function as well as provided creative direction to the web and graphic design teams. Since the company’s founding in 2001, Lucy has worked with numerous local and international clients to develop their brands. With her added experience in custom apparel design, she has a wealth of experience in providing unique solutions for her clients through colors, materials and designs that reflect their individual style.
